Sunnybank
This Sunnybank home started with a floor plan the owners had already had drawn up externally, so rather than starting over, our team refined it with them to bring the build in more economically without losing what they loved about it.
The result leans into a traditional wrap-around veranda, a nod to the classic Queenslander, rather than the contemporary lines of much of our recent work. A slight slope across the block and acoustic requirements from a nearby train station were factored in from the start, so the build ran smoothly with no surprises along the way.

Initial consultation
We start by getting to know you, your block, your budget, your must-haves and how you want to live in the home. This is where your wish list starts to take shape as an initial concept.

Home design and documentation
Using your requirements, we develop a design, whether that’s a custom design from scratch or one of our existing home designs tailored to suit you. You’ll see floor plans, facade options and inclusions before anything is locked in.

Fixed-price contract
Once the design is finalised, we provide a detailed, fixed-price contract so you know exactly what you’re paying for before construction starts, with no hidden costs along the way.

Construction and handover
Our experienced team of trusted trades and suppliers get to work, with regular updates so you can follow progress every step of the entire process. Once building is complete, we walk you through your finished home and take care of any final touches before handing over the keys to a home that was built around you.
What comes standard in your custom home
Every custom home starts from a high standard, not a stripped-back base spec designed to be upsold. How long does a custom build typically take, and does that change based on how much I customise
Most builds run 8 to 10 months from breaking ground to completion. More extensive custom changes can add time at the design and documentation stage rather than during construction itself, which is exactly why we spend that time upfront getting the design locked in properly before a fixed-price contract is signed.
Are your custom homes built with any focus on energy efficiency or running costs
Yes. Energy-efficient insulation and building practices are part of our standard inclusions, not an optional upgrade, so the home is more comfortable and cheaper to run from day one.
