For this project, the clients were referred to OMNI by a designer who they had worked with to create their custom-designed floorplan. During the early stages of the engagement process, we worked with them to further refine and develop the plan to ensure it aligned with their vision and lifestyle needs.

The brief also needed to accommodate multigenerational living, incorporating multiple living areas to comfortably support the needs of the extended family within the home.

The clients had a very specific palette in mind for their internal colours and selections. We worked closely with them to source finishes and fit-outs that reflected their personal taste, including tiled wall features, distinctive kitchen cabinetry elements, and a fireplace set into a feature tiled wall. The overall result is a calm and cohesive interior palette.

Externally, the façade creates a commanding presence on the street, giving the home a strong and striking street appeal.
